Darker roast of the same Brazil Rainforest we carry, and absolutely one of our favourite beans!

Vol De Sol was originally founded by Alexandre Garcia Capelo. His
son, Antonio Wander Garcia, an agricultural engineer followed in the
footsteps of his father and dedicated his life to produce high quality
coffee. The families third generation to work the farm is André Luiz
Alvarenga Garcia, son of Antonio, also an agricultural engineer
specializing in pruning and producing. Over the years the family has
focused on improving the living conditions of all workers and their
families. The environment is also important to them, they use organic
matter to revitalize the coffee plantations, reduce the use of
agrochemicals and are constantly testing new crops with resistance
to rust, drought and nematodes. Sul de Minas is the most important
coffee producing area in Brazil and the region accounts on average 30
% of Brazilian coffee exported. The mountainous terrain is ideal for
coffee production. The altitude varies from 950 to 1370 meters and
the annual temperature stays around 22 to 24C. Pictured here
